1. To Far Of A Drive For Pick Up

Drivers aren’t paid to drive far to pick up riders, and most drivers will cancel if they have to drive 10 miles or more to pick you up for it isn’t worth their time.

2. Bad Location

Drivers don’t see your pickup location until they’ve accepted the request. Some drivers may have areas or locations where they refuse to pick up from.

3. Ask To Be Picked Up At Another Location

If you should send out a request and realize you put in the wrong pick up address, you need to cancel the ride and request a new one with the right address. For if you text or call your driver and the new address is across town there is a high chance, they will cancel on you.

Note: Now if you’re in an apartment complex or an area that you know always messes up on the location of where you are. Text or call your driver and let him know how to get to your location.

4. Fake Name

You may think its funny or cute to put in some off the wall fake name. But drivers don’t and most will cancel after they see you are using a fake name.
