If your vehicle should support CarPlay or Android Auto, you can use your car’s screen to display Lyft Maps navigation.
What Does It Do While On A Trip
Once you’ve accepted a trip on the Lyft app and click navigate, Lyft’s navigation map will display on your CarPlay/Android Auto in your car. If there should be another app open on the screen, a persistent banner will give your turn-by-turn instructions and alerts.
What Does It Do When Not On A Trip
When you’re not on a trip, the CarPlay/Android Auto map will mirror the app’s map, even showing Lyft Bonus zones.
