Instacart pick up is another way to order from Instacart. Pick up allows you to order online, set a pick up time, and collect your order at the store.

Shop and checkout on the Instacart app, selecting a time window during which your order will be available for pick up. Your order will stay in the locker until the store closes.
Arrive at the store, find the outdoor lockers at the front entrance, and open your app to find a special PIN in the dashboard

Shoppers appreciate tips as a way of recognizing excellent service and 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper delivering your order.

By default, a 5% tip is suggested at checkout, with a minimum suggestion of $2 per individual store delivery.

Find your item. You can either search for a specific item you’re looking for or browse by department. We’ll also make recommendations based on what you’ve bought before, or what’s popular in your area.

Adding instructions for how you’d like your order shopped or delivered, will help your shopper know how you would like certain products to be like produce. It will also help them find your apartment to drop off your order.

On Instacart, you can shop from multiple stores when placing an order. You will have a separate cart for each store and be able to switch between stores while you’re shopping to find and add items.

It’s a membership program for customers who use Instacart regularly.

The Instacart app allows customers to track their personal shopper’s progress and view any changes to items. Turning on notifications you will get alerts for all the changes, including replacements and refunds.

Before a shopper begins shopping your order, you’re able to cancel the order for a full refund without any additional fees.
