Tips For Lyft Drivers

Tap ‘Go Online’ to start receiving ride requests.
When you get a ride request, you will see a notification with the passenger’s name, pickup ETA, and ride type. To accept the request, tap anywhere on the screen.
Once you’ve accepted the ride tap the arrow next to the pickup location to receive directions to the riders pick up location.
Once you’ve arrived at the riders pick up select tap arrive. Then, tap confirm arrival to send the rider a text.

If a passenger asks you to wait for them at a stop, set expectations by agreeing on wait time. Doing this will help make your ride easier and frustration free.
