Four things Uber and Lyft need to do to better protect their drivers

Riders Should have to upload their photo ID to create an Uber or Lyft profile. This would help to stop or slow down fake profiles and scammers.
Riders should have to use their real Name on the account instead of using Nicknames or whatever they choose.
Riders should have to have a picture of themselves as drivers do.
Uber and Lyft should not allow riders who have a low star ratings or multiple complaints from drivers to stay on the platform.
