What Is PikeRide?
PikeRide is a Colorado Springs nonprofit that’s elevating the community with a fun healthy, planet friendly and cost-effective way to get around town on E-Bikes.
How Does PikeRide Work For Riders?
- Open the PikeRide app and press the scan button
- Scan the QR code located on the front and back of the bike to unlock your e-bike
- Ride safely and follow traffic laws
- To end the ride, you may park the bike anywhere in the coverage area (see map on the app). Just make sure to lock the bike to a safe object or rack.
- To lock the bike, use the orange cable to secure it to a rack, post or another stationary object. Push the lever down to lock and submit a photo using the app to end the trip.
- Note: You will receive a confirmation text and email. So, make sure to stay with the bike until you receive confirmation that it has been properly locked

Pricing For PikeRide
$25 A Month Bike Lease Program
PikeRide has partnered with the Colorado Energy Office to give community acces to Ebikes. To learn more about this new program click here.
Pay As You Go – $1 To Unlock And 25 Cents Per Minute
Great for short trips around town.
Explorer Pass – $30
This pass is the best for tourist or just day-tripping around town. The pass provides access to all PikeRide bikes and allows for unlimited 4 hour trips.
Monthly Membership -$35
The monthly membership gives riders 90 minutes of ride time per day for 30 consecutive days.
Annual Membership – 41 Cents per day
For this membership you will be billed for $165 up front and gives you 90 minutes of ride time per day for 365 consecutive days.
Seasonal Membership $75
The seasonal membership is great for riders who prefer to ride in good weather. Riders will be given 90 minutes of ride time per day for 90 consecutive days. The pass is only available for purchase April 1st through August 31st.
