- Login into your account.
- Select pickup or delivery.
- Note: If you select pickup you will be given three options on how you want to pick it up. Carryout, dine-in, or drive-thru.
- Browse the menu for the items you want.
- Place your order.
- You will then receive a text and email to confirm your order and when it will be ready.

How Does Wendy’s Loyalty Program Work?
You can redeem an offer by adding it to your mobile order, or by loading it to your QR code and scanning the code at the counter or pickup window. You will earn 10 points for every $! you spend on food when you place an order in the Wendy’s app, Wendy’s online or scan your QR code at the counter or pickup window.
