In the event your DoorDash Red Card isn’t accepted when you pay for an order, the company will reimburse you if you for that order with cash or your personal card. This also includes when a restaurant is cash only, or if your Red Card is broken or lost.
How To Get A Reimbursement
- Take a picture of the itemized receipt
- Contact DoorDash Support here to process the reimbursement. Please be ready to submit the picture of your receipt by chat or email when requested.
The reimbursement will be transferred with your normal pay for the week or be available the next time you cash out via Fast Pay, if eligible, once it has been added to your account and is viewable in your earnings.
