To cancel an ASAP, pick up or deliver, contact Grubhub right away. For they may not be able to cancel the order once the restaurant has made the food. If you’ve scheduled an order for a feature date, you have four hours before delivery time to cancel or update a future order. To do this click the “View details” link on the Orders page on the website, or “View order details” button in the order confirmation email. Once your order has been cancelled you will get another confirmation email.
