What Is The Grubhub Guarantee?
It’s Grubhub’s way of saying they want to give you the best price and on time delivery with every meal.
Lowest Price Guarantee
Grubhub wants you to have the best price on your order. So, if you should find a better price with one of their competitors (DoorDash, Uber Eats) compare the total price (total cost of the order minus any coupons or promotions, and tips) you paid for your Grubhub order to the total price offered to you by their competitors. If Grubhub doesn’t have the best price, they will email you a Grubhub Guarantee Perk for the difference in price up to $10 (plus an additional $5) off your next order.
On-time Delivery Guarantee
If your order doesn’t arrive on time. Tell Grubhub what time your order showed up and they will email you a Grubhub Guarantee Perk for your next order.
How does it work?
If your order shouldn’t meet Grubhub’s seal of approval. Let them know by submitting an order for the Grubhub Guarantee, and they will review what you told them and get back to you within 24 hours via email. If your order should qualify, they will email you a Grubhub Guarantee Perk for use on your next order.
How do you know if your order qualifies for the Grubhub Guarantee?
If your order should arrive late or you find a better price, you could qualify for a Grubhub Guarantee Perk.
Just note:
- Grubub only reviews orders placed within the last 7 days
- Orders that were placed for pick up are excluded from the on-time guarantee
- Orders that qualified for a total or partial refund may not qualify for the lowest price guarantee
- Group orders are excluded from this promotion
- At this time, price match is only available for orders with Uber Eats, Doordash, and Postmates
