If you unfortunately never received your DoorDash order, follow these steps for mobile app users and website users.
Mobile app users
- Select the order from the “Orders” tab
- Tap “Help” in the top right-hand corner
- Under “Delivery Issues,” select “Order never arrived”
- Follow the prompts on the screen to either select a resolution or chat with an agent who will help provide the best resolution for you
Desktop users
- Select the button with three lines on the top left-hand corner
- Select “Orders” and choose the corresponding order
- Select “Help” on the left-hand side
- Under “Delivery issues,” select “Order never arrived”
