What Is CareDash?
CareDash from DoorDash allows friends and family to organize scheduled meal deliveries on behalf of anyone who might need a helping hand.
Who Is CareDash For?
CareDash can be used for supporting someone during a medical recovery, helping a child going off to college, or just giving someone a break from cooking.
How Does CareDash Work?
With CareDash there are three roles involved to make it work.
The Organizer:
The organizer sets up the CareDash, and the date and time for when contributors can add meal deliveries. They also invite others to participate and can contribute meals them selfs.
The Contributors:
Being a contributor through CareDash works similar to if you were ordering DoorDash for yourself simply select and open meal slot, choose items that meet the recipient’s dietary needs, and check out.
The Recipient:
As a recipient you don’t need to do anything. DoorDash will send you an email so you can easily track what meals are coming and when and cancel if needed.
How Long Does CareDash Run?
A CareDash can be scheduled for up to 3 meals a day and up to 30 days.
