Uber has unfortunately gotten rid of the option for some drivers to report found lost item. They, have also made it difficult to find it on there website. Clicking this link will take you to the page on their website where you can report you found a lost item to Uber.
In this video we will show drivers of Uber how to call a rider about a lost item on uber.com. Once you’ve clicked the link below in the description log into your Uber account. Then choose the trip of the lost item, once you’ve chosen a trip click next on the bottom. There click on the call button Uber will then connect you to your rider.
