Before allowing a rider in your car, ask them for their name. Doing this will make sure you get the right rider.

4. Canceling The Ride

If for any reason you should feel unsafe or uncomfortable taking a ride, feel free to cancel the ride. Once you cancel the ride make sure to contact Uber or Lyft on the reason why you did.
