What Is Uber Eats Cash Delivery?
In certain cities Uber Eats allows cash payment of orders at the time of delivery. Which means you will be able to receive cash, have change, and generate profits even faster.
How To Complete A Cash Delivery Order
1. Select “Cash Payment”
When you arrive at a restaurant and start the order, you will see a small cash symbol under the screen and the message “Cash payment” will be displayed.
2. Press “Receive Money”
When you arrive to the customers address, press “receive money”. A green box will appear with the total amount that will be charge to the user.
3. Accept payment
If the amount given to you by the customer is equal to or greater than the value of the order, accept the payment and write the amount received in the application.
4. Click on “The User has not paid”
If the customer does not have enough to pay for the order, click on the See more” section and select “The user has not paid”.
What To Do If Customer Doesn’t Have Cash
What to do if customer gives you some the cash but not all of it?
- Go to see more
- Select the User did not pay the total option
- Insert the amount delivered by the user
- Complete the order and Uber will follow up with the customer
What to do if the customer doesn’t pay with cash?
- Go to see more
- Select the customer did not pay option
- Confirm that the user did not pay anything. Don’t worry, you will receive your earnings
- Complete the order and Uber will take care of following up with your customer
