How It Works
- On the Uber Eats app and enter your delivery address to check availability
- Browse and order alcohol from select merchants in your city
- Place your order and follow along as your order is prepared and delivered
Note: To receive alcohol you must be 21 or older and have a valid government issued ID verifying your name and age. You also must not be intoxicated, to receive alcohol.
Valid government-issued IDs that will be acceptable upon delivery
- US driver’s license
- Passport (US or international)
- US state ID
- US military ID
IDs that aren’t acceptable
- Library cards
- School IDs
- Debit cards
- Identification without a photo
Note: If the alcohol cannot be delivered, the delivery driver will return the alcohol to the store on your behalf.
Reasons why your Uber Eats driver cannot complete the delivery
- Owner is not present
- Owner does not have a valid, government-issued photo ID
- Owner is under 21
- Owner appears intoxicated
Note: You could be charged a restocking fee if you are ineligible/unable to receive alcohol at the time delivery for any of the reasons above.
