If an item should be damaged in your order, you can contact Shipt in the app by following these steps.
- Go to ‘Your Orders’
- Click on the order with the damaged item
- Click on the button ‘Any feedback on the items?’
- Select ‘Issue’ for each damaged item
- On the prompt, select ‘Something Wrong With Item’, ‘Item Missing’, or ‘Wrong Item’
- If you choose, add a note.
- Submit the feedback.
