Neighbor’s Smart Pricing feature allows host to maximize your earnings. This free feature automatically adjusts your listing price higher or lower depending on renter demand or leaves your price the same if no change is needed.
How To Add Smart Pricing To Your Listing
- Find the published listing you want to change under the My Listings page,
- Click the “Edit” button on the listing.
- Next, scroll down to “Price”, and click the “Edit” button.
- Switch on the tab next to “Smart Pricing”.
- Then, set the minimum amount you want to make.
