When you get a ride request, you will see a notification with the passenger’s name, pickup ETA, and ride type. To accept the request, tap anywhere on the screen.
Once you’ve accepted the ride tap the arrow next to the pickup location to receive directions to the riders pick up location.
Once you’ve arrived at the riders pick up select tap arrive. Then, tap confirm arrival to send the rider a text.
Once the rider is in your car tap pick up (passenger’s name to start the ride.
Then tap on navigate’ to begin the ride to the rider’s destination.
Once you’ve arrived at the rider’s destination tap drop off, then tap confirm drop off.
From there you can rate your passenger manually or let the timer finish to auto-rate your rider.
