If you should need to step away from your vehicle to run errands, you can pause your ride to ensure that no one else can use the vehicle.
You will continue to be charged when a ride is paused and the price for the pause will be displayed to you when you tap on the “Pause” button during a trip.
How To Pause A Ride On Lime
- Open the lime app.
- Click on Pause in the app and follow the instructions shown.
- In vehicles where helmets are provided, you may get asked to return your helmet during the pause.
- To resume your ride, tap Resume in the app to start riding again.
