Once you’ve been approved to be a Juicer, you will see the Juicer mode toggle in your app.
If you don’t see this option:
- Log out of your Lime account on the app
- Log back in with your phone number. Don’t log in with your email or Facebook.
- Make sure Enable Location services is turned on
- Make sure your rider account phone number is the same that you used on your Juicer application. If not, update your phone number in the app to the one you used on the application.
Note: Juicer Mode is not supported on iPads
If that shouldn’t resolve the issue, try these additional steps as needed:
- Quit the app and relaunch it
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
