If you should unfortunately have a bad experience with a customer on Instacart, you can block feature orders from that customer in the app.
How It Works
- After a batch is delivered, let Instacart know how it went by giving the thumbs up or a thumbs down.
- If you should rate the batch a thumbs down, let Instacart know what went wrong by selecting up to 3 issues on the survey screen.
- If you should select “rude customer,” you can provide Instacart with more feedback on your experience.
- If you don’t want to see any batches that include orders from this customer, you can check the box that says block orders from this customer.”
