If you don’t want to deliver an order, hit the Reject button on the offer screen.
If you already accepted an order and can no longer deliver it, reassign the order by tapping There’s a problem in the Grubhub for Drivers app.
Note: Rejections and reassignments will affect your acceptance rate.
