What to do if a restaurant is cash only on DoorDash

There are two options a DoorDash driver can take if a restaurant should only take cash.

1. If you have cash you can pay for the order yourself and get reimbursed by DoorDash:

  1. Pay with your personal cash
  2. Take a picture of the receipt
  3. Submit a reimbursement request through the support form link using the Payments category: SUPPORT FORM LINK

2. If you do not have cash you can contact support:

  1. Click Help (iPhone) or ? (Android) in the upper right corner of the app
  2. Select Something Else
  3. Press Start Chat with support agent
  4. Inform the support agent that the restaurant only accepts cash
