There are two options a DoorDash driver can take if a restaurant should only take cash.
1. If you have cash you can pay for the order yourself and get reimbursed by DoorDash:
- Pay with your personal cash
- Take a picture of the receipt
- Submit a reimbursement request through the support form link using the Payments category: SUPPORT FORM LINK
2. If you do not have cash you can contact support:
- Click Help (iPhone) or ? (Android) in the upper right corner of the app
- Select Something Else
- Press Start Chat with support agent
- Inform the support agent that the restaurant only accepts cash
