If you think you’ve been improperly paid, or a payment is missing follow these steps:
- Login to your Dasher account and double check your bank account information.
- Be sure the account provided is a checking account, NOT a savings account.
- Double check the routing and account numbers provided are correct.
- If bank account information is correct.
- Choose “Payments”
- DoorDash will review your Earnings to see if payments were incorrectly made. If so, they will remit payments to your DoorDash account.

If you are unfortunately unable to login, or your Dasher account password has changed without your knowledge follow these steps:
- IMMEDIATELY change your password by clicking Forgot Password.
- If you do not receive an email to reset your password, let DoorDash know immediately.
- Update your bank account info, if it has been changed.
- If funds were sent to the wrong bank account.
- Choose “Payments”
- DoorDash will review your Earnings to see if payments were incorrectly made. They will remit payments to your DoorDash account.
