What is the Deliver A Package Feature For Drivers?
The Deliver a Package feature is another way for dashers to earn on DoorDash. With this feature Dashers will pick up prepaid, fully sealed lightweight packages for customers and drop them off at the nearest Fedex, UPS, or USPS drop-location.
How It Works
- Getting queued for Deliver a Package works exactly as other request you will receive. When a package order is available, you will see an acceptance model reminding you to first pickup the package at the customers address before heading the to the selected UPS, USPS, or Fedex.
- Once the order has been accepted, head to the address listed by the customer to pickup the package.
- Upon retrieval of the package, head to the address of the mail carrier for package drop-off. Make sure to take a photo of the receipt to send to the customer to conclude the Package Pickup.
