A PIN delivery is different from a typical DoorDash delivery for it requires the entry of a 4 digit code to complete the delivery.
How PIN Deliveries Work For Dasher
- Arrivie to drop off location.
- Ask customer for the unique 4-digit PIN that was provided to them.
- Enter the PIN to confirm the delivery.
What To Do If Cannot Find The Customer To Collect The PIN
If your customer cannot provide the PIN, follow the ‘Cannot Collect PIN’ steps in-app. Make sure to call and message the customer through the app.
