To access this, click your picture on the top right corner then go to account on the next screen click on app settings then click on ride check there you will be able to turn on or off certain settings for this option.

Once you’ve done that you pick the contact you want to be your emergency contact.

Then click on help, on the next screen click on Account and app issues. Then, click on Change account settings, then scroll down to I want to add a nickname. On the next screen you will be able to put your preferred nickname.
