After the ride is complete Uber will give you three options on what to tip your Uber driver can also rate your driver from 1 to 5 stars. Riders do not have to rate their drivers if they don’t want to. However, it helps to keep good drivers on the road and bad ones off.

During a ride or while waiting for a driver to pick you up. On the bottom right corner there will be a icon that looks like a sun. Clicking on that will take you to the safety center where you can access 912 assistants along with other safety features. Calling 911 will give them your location along with all the drivers information.

When opening the app click on your trips then choose the trip that you want to report. Once you have chosen the trip scroll down to my driver was unprofessional on the next page you will be giving a couple options choose the one that best fits your situation once you’ve told Uber what happened click submit.

In this video we will show riders how to add a stop or change their destination during a ride on Uber, when on the home screen of ride in progress click the bottom bar, then click on the add or change destination. There you can enter your new destination or if you’re looking to add a stop click the + sign, once done Uber will then tell you the new price of your trip.
