How To Check Order Status
- Tap the Account icon.
- Tap Orders in the upper left corner.
- Tap Restaurant orders at the top of your screen.
- Tap the in-progress restaurant order to see its status.
How To Get Help For Scheduled or Live Order
- Tap Restaurants at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap the order at the top of your screen.
- Tap Help in the upper right corner.
How To Get Help For Past Orders
- Tap the Account icon.
- Tap Orders in the upper left corner.
- Tap Restaurant orders at the top of your screen.
- You’ll see a list of past orders. Select the order you need help with.
- Tap Get Help under the order.
- Tap Past order to find a list of common order issues. Choose on to Contact support.
Who Deliver’s Restaurant Delivery’s On Instacart
It will be Uber Eats drivers, and not Instacart shoppers who delivery your restaurant delivery.
