If you should place an order that contains high-value items, it may require a certified delivery. This means you will be required to either sign for the delivery or have your ID scanned to certify that you have received the order. If you should order something that requires a certified delivery, you will be notified when you place the order and again at the time of delivery.

- If you’re unable to sign on your device, the shopper can scan your ID.

Note: Failure to be present for the delivery, for any reason will result in you being charge a $15 late cancellation fee.
