When a customer places a scheduled order, they will immediately show up on your tablet. However, these orders will be placed under a section called Scheduled Orders. Putting it in this section is meant to give you a heads up on your queue of scheduled orders, but not worked on right away orders.

Depending the size of the order it will move up into the Needs Action section of the tablet before it needs to be worked on.
- For orders with 10 items or less, the order will get pushed to the Needs Action section 30 mins prior to the estimated pick-up time
- For orders between 11-25 items, the order will get bumped up on the tablet 60 mins prior to the estimated pick-up time
- For orders more than 25 items, the order will get surfaced to the top of the queue 4 hours ahead of the pick-up time
