Both Uber and Lyft have arbitration agreement that drivers and riders have to sign to use the app. By agreeing to these Terms, users agree that they are required to resolve any claim that that may have against Uber or Lyft on an individual basis in arbitration as set forth in their Arbitration Agreements, and not as a class, collective, coordinated, consolidated, mass and/or representative action.
