4 reasons why Uber and Lyft should require riders to use ID to sign up

  1. It would help with preventing minors from signing up and making accounts without their parents knowing.
  2. It would prevent riders who have been deactivated from resigning up.
  3. With this they could make riders use their real name. Instead of nicknames like they allow now.
  4. If something should happen to a driver it would make it easier for the police to track them down.
