In this video we will show Uber drivers how to request a cleaning fee. On the home screen click the three bars on the top left corner. Then click help, on the next screen click help with trip and choose the trip. Then, click more options, on the next screen click issue with rider, then a rider made a mess in my vehicle. There enter the details of the mess, photos, and the rider’s name. Once complete hit submit.
