In this video we will show you how to return an item on the Amazon app. When on the home screen tap on the profile icon on the bottom of the page. Then find the item you want to return and tap on it, next swipe down to return. On the next screen choose the reason why your returning item and if it’s been open or not. Then enter the reason why you’re returning the item and tap continue then continue to return options. Then choose to replace the item or get a refund, and tap continue. Next choose how you want to return the item, and tap confirm return.
