In this video we will show Lyft riders how to rent a scooter or bike on the app. When on the home screen and if available in your area click on the bike on the bottom of the screen. On the next screen you will see available scooter or bikes near you. Once you’ve found you want to rent walk to it then click scan, to scan the qr code on the bike or scooter.

How long can you rent a Veo bike or e-scooter for?

You can keep a rental active on Veo for up to 48 hours. However, the fare meter will keep running until you park your bike or scooter in the appropriate geofenced area shown on the map and lock the vehicle. If you should park outside a service area, you may be charged a retrieval fee that can range from $15 to $120, depending on the distance.
