What Is Neighbor?

Neighbor lets you rent out space around your home or store stuff with a neighbor. Securely and easily find cheap storage or list your unused space for rent and start making passive income!

How Does Neighbor Work For Renters?

Search city, town, or address into the search bar on the homepage.
Scroll through the map to find the right space and price for you.
Once you’ve selected a listing that you’re interested in, click “Reserve space”.
To start the process, you will need to find in when and what you want to store.
You will also need to add your payment method if you haven’t already.
After you’ve submitted your request, a pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card, and your request will be sent to the host for approval.
Host have 24 hours to respond to your request.
Once a host answers your pending request, you will be notified.
If the request was accepted, you can check out the My Rentals page to see your new reservation.
